Community Yoga
Classes are open to all levels and are light, fun, informative and relaxing. Expect
to build strength and focus benefiting your balance and flexibility. Alignment and
mindfulness are an integral part of these well-rounded classes. You are a master of your
own self-healing; I just provide the space for encouraging your self-awareness.
Private Yoga
Before your scheduled appointment we will discuss your goals for the session and any
concerns or requests. With this information you will experience a customized yoga
practice. The 90 minute session will include Yoga Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath
work), guided meditation, and Reiki. It is my intention to gently encourage your postural
alignment with verbal cues and hands on adjustments. Private sessions may include up
to 4 friends!
